Удаление стирает аккаунт и всё, что приложение отправило на сервер: дни, задачи, заметки, привычки, экранное время. Данные на ваших устройствах остаются. Отменить нельзя.
Если вы входили через Яндекс или VK, пароля у аккаунта нет — удалите его из приложения: «Профиль → Удалить аккаунт».

Deleting removes the account and everything the app sent to the server: days, tasks, notes, habits, screen time. Data on your devices stays. This cannot be undone.
If you signed in with Yandex or VK, the account has no password — delete it from the app: Profile → Delete account.
